What if I only complain about recent unpaid period when I was in even in project. They dint pay any thing on March 15th and dont want to pay on March 31st. They only want to pay in April. Whats your suggestion?

Regardless of the period, you need to complain to DOL. DOL takes action against them. Again, it doesn't matter if you are on project or not. They must pay you all the time.

Since AILF has already issued a preliminary notice about a class action law suit if USCIS rejects applications under a revised bulletin this is a preliminary poll on how many of us would join the law suit? I for one will join the law suit. Understand that you will have to reveal all details about yourself and application in the lawsuit and those details will be transparent to DOS and USCIS.

Also, regarding this matter, how would I set this up if I wanted a rotate transform to happen to an Image object when a context menu item is clicked; not the image itself? I have been playing around with a setup in which I cast the sender as an Image and then using two If statements to check which context menu item was clicked. I will then apply either a clockwise or counter clockwise rotate transform based on which context menu item was clicked. The problem I am running into is how to write the condition for the If statement, undoubtedly due to my lack of C# experience. The following does not work because it says "click" can only be on the left of a += or -=. Here is the code:

I filed my application on July27th. I completed my FP on Oct 10th but haven't receive any news on EAD. My online status is still "Case received and Pending". It is mentioned on the USCIS website that the USCIS needs to provide EAD within 90 days of the filing as mandated by law [8 CFR 247a.13(d)].

Hi,
I am a new member based in CT. I am glad I attended the december 25th meeting at Stamford, CT. Himanshu presided over the meeting and gave us lot of new information about what's going on in the immigration world and how Immigration Voice is helping out.
I think instead of fighting our battle alone if we come together and voice our problems there is a better likelihood of a positive outcome. Immigration voice can help us channelize our efforts and get the necessary immigration status.
I don't want to wait half my life getting my green card. Life is short and there is no guarantee about anything but I urge everyone affected to join this movement. We are in a capitalistic country and nothing ever happens without necessary funds so I urge you to please donate generously. If you never buy a lottery you can never win it . It's a bad analogy but I hope you get the point :)

We are leaving for India in January 2009. I have AP and EAD approved with expired H1B visa stamp on my passport with I-485 pending since July 2007. We have booked flights to Mumbai via Amsterdam (KLM -NWA). Do I still need to get a transit visa, even though our flight will be halting for few may be 3-4 hours at Amsterdam. I am super confused. Please guide.
